Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cement paste mixing apparatus supplying cement paste of which the water/cement ratio is held within a predetermined range.
CONSTITUTION: In a cement paste mixing apparatus equipped with tanks 2, 3, 4 equipped with discharge amt. control valves, a mixer part 14 storing the respective materials discharged from the tanks to mix them and a load cell (wt. detection means) 15 detecting the wt. of the whole of the mixer part 14, the respective discharge amt. control valves are successively subjected to opening and closing control one by one on the basis of the preliminarily inputted set charging amts. and charging order of the respective materials. A control part 31 detecting the error of the actual charging amt. outputted from the load cell 15 at each time when one charging is completed and the set charging amt. and opening and closing the respective discharge amt. control valves on the basis of the error until an actual water/cement ratio becomes a predetermined range when the actual water/cement ratio exceeds the predetermined range is provided.
