PURPOSE: To enable an improvement in the whole operation rate of plural looms, by operating the looms while grasping the supplying state of raw fibers for the respective looms in real time and controlling the brightness of a fiber exhaustion lamp for each loom to clarify the emergency degree of a work.
CONSTITUTION: The remaining amounts of warps and wefts supplied for plural looms are momently measured for each loom to grasp the supplying state of the raw fibers in real time. The information on the stock amounts of the raw fibers and the warp beams and the arriving times and amounts of the raw fibers are inputted into a raw fiber supply-keeping time-measuring means. Based on the inputted information, urgency degree-directing means A and B grasp the supply-keeping times of the warps and wefts and the waiting times of the warps and wefts, respectively, for each loom. The brightness of a fiber exhaustion lamp for each loom is controlled by the direction of an urgency degree adjusted with an adjusting means to clarify the loom requiring an urgent work. Thus, the rate of the time consumed for fiber-piecing works in the looms having long retaining times for both the warps and wefts is increased, thereby achieving the improvement of the whole operation rate.
