Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus capable of efficiently carrying out inspection operation for confirming existence of a pin hole as needle trace in a seamed part of a test fabric without applying large physical load to workers.
CONSTITUTION: This pinhole inspection apparatus is equipped with a fabric feeding mechanism for transferring a test fabric forward, a fabric guiding plate 14 for placing the test fabric and guiding the fabric forward, a pair of right and left fabric pressing plates 16 for pressing both sides edge parts of the test fabric between the fabric guiding plate 14 and the plate 16 and a fabric stretching member for locally and successively stretching the test fabric by sliding the central part while successively lifting thereof.
