Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing an enameled wire capable of preventing disconnection of a wire due to foam particle formation in a running wire material and damage on a squeezing tool in a coating material applying process and baking process at the time of starting manufacture.
SOLUTION: A coating material 3 is applied to a running wire material 1 by using a coating material applying tank 5 provided with a coating material applying part 2 and a squeezing tool 4 and the resultant wire material is dried and baked in a backing furnace 8 and wound on a winding bobbin 14 via a pulling capstan 9. In this case, a coating material successively applying means 7 capable of successively applying the coating material 3 to a running wire material 1 in the order of running wires or blocks of running wires is installed before the running wire material 1 introducing side of the coating material tank 5.
