Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a laminate and a method of manufacturing a laminate that are capable of accurately and efficiently performing lamination of core pieces without requiring a special device or the like.SOLUTION: A apparatus for manufacturing a laminate according to the present disclosure comprises: a supply mechanism that can supply a plurality of plate-like core pieces including an engagement core piece having an engagement piece in multiple portions of its inner peripheral surface, and a non-engagement core piece not having the engagement piece; receiving members that can receive the plurality of core pieces supplied from the supply mechanism; and a cutting mechanism that is arranged between the supply mechanism and the receiving members in a conveyance direction of the core pieces and controls the supply of the core pieces to the receiving members. The cutting mechanism includes: an engagement unit that can be moved between an engaged position where each of the plurality of engagement pieces in the engagement core piece supplied from the supply mechanism is engaged and a non-engaged position where each of the engagement pieces is not engaged; and an operation device that moves the engagement unit to the engagement position and the non-engagement position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
