Abstract:
To provide a skin food manufacturing apparatus that can manufacture skin food with protrusions at the side simply and easily.SOLUTION: A skin food manufacturing apparatus has: a baking drum 103 heated by a built-in heater 102, and rotated; a flat nozzle 110 for continuously sticking and supplying a first dough of a pasty state in an outer circumferential surface 103a of a baking drum 103; and a protrusion nozzle 2 for intermittently sticking and supplying a second dough of the pasty state in the outer circumferential surface 103a of the baking drum 103. When sticking and supplying the second dough in the outer circumferential surface 103a of the baking drum 103, the second dough is formed on the side of the first dough being stuck and supplied in the outer circumferential surface 103a of the baking drum 103.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
