PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage or dissolution of a film by heat at a time when coated matter is drawn out and the generation of the deformation accompanied thereby by spraying a resin soln. containing a thermoplastic resin from the nozzle disposed in the vicinity of the center of a throttle to form a film on the fluid within a tank and providing cooling function to the venting pipe of the lower part of the throttle.
SOLUTION: In coating operation, at first, a blower 10 and an air heater 8 are started and a fluid is charged while air held to predetermined wind quantity and temp. is sent to a jet stream column 1. Next, when the fluid reaches predetermined temp., a resin soln. is sent from the coating adjusting tank 11 surrounded by a steam heating jacket 12 by a coating soln. supply pump 13 to set a predetermined coating ratio and the coating fluid is subsequently drawn out of the coating fluid drawing-out port 6. At this time, the cooling of a venting pipe 15 is started about three min before the completion of coating and the inner wall temp. of the venting pipe 15 is lowered, for example, to 70°C at a time of the completion of coating. The venting pipe 15 requiring cooling in a coating apparatus provides the filling/passing space of a cooling medium within a wall to pass the cooling medium through this space.
