Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically judge stable condition of a measurement device and to automatically calculate such measurement-assistance parameter as noise, without troubling an operator.
SOLUTION: The signal outputted from an age-based measurement device is sequentially digitized for measurement data, and the latest measurement data for a specified time is always stored in a ring buffer (S2). Then at no- analyzing time (S7), and based on the measurement data of specified amount stored in the ring buffer by a specified cycle (S5), such measurement-assistance parameter as noise, drift, etc., is calculated (S9), and the value is compared to a pre-determined reference value to judge whether the age-based measurement device is stable or not (S10). A stability condition and measurement-assistance parameter for the age-based measurement device are displayed on a display part, or used for controlling the age-based measurement device (S11).
