To provide a program guide including contents more useful for a user than a conventional program guide.

A television receiver 21 for creating and outputting an integrated program guide creates data of a basic integrated program guide on the basis of EPG data collected from another television broadcast receiver connected to an AV home network 10. Also, the television receiver 21 determines communication quality for each combination of devices for transmitting/receiving contents in the AV home network 10. Then, the television receiver 21 estimates reproduction quality for each device having a content reproducing function per channel unit or program unit to be displayed in the integrated program guide on the basis of results of determination of the communication quality. Then, the television receiver 21 creates the integrated program guide data so that the reproducing quality can be displayed on the integrated program guide, and enables to output the data by display or printing.
