Abstract:
To provide an apparatus and a method by which the effect termination date of a medicine, or the like, can be determined.
A temperature sensor 42 connected to a medicine supply source 16 measures the temperature of the medicine. A date of start is programmed in a real time clock circuit 40, and a circuit integrated in a controller 24 controls operations of the clock 40 and the temperature sensor 42. A medicine temperature profile specific to the medicine is programmed in the controller 24. The controller integrates temperature and time data with medicine temperature profile data for the medicine to calculate the termination date that corresponds to an effect condition of the medicine.
