To provide a circuit board inspection apparatus for reinspecting only circuit boards that requires reinspection included in inspected circuit boards.

A circuit board inspection apparatus includes conveyor means 13, which is equipped with circuit board holder units 14, each of which holds and releases a circuit board 81 to be inspected having a self identifier 85, at a plurality of points in a conveying direction and repetitively stops and moves, located in an apparatus main body 11. Provided on the apparatus main body 11 side at each position corresponding to each stopping position of the circuit board holder units 14 are; a circuit board feeder unit 32 for feeding circuit boards 81 to be inspected to the circuit board holder units 14; a circuit board information reader unit 42 for reading circuit board specific information from the self identifiers 85; a circuit board inspection unit 62 for inspecting circuit boards 81 to be inspected; and a circuit board discharging unit 72 for discharging inspected circuit boards 91. When inspected circuit boards 91 including those requiring reinspection are resubmitted to the conveyor means 13, central processor means 12 located in the apparatus main body 11 identifies only the circuit boards requiring reinspection based on the self identifiers 85 and have only the identified circuit boards reinspected by the circuit inspection unit 62.
