In the apparatus for manufacturing a panel with a pattern having a mold and a lifter, the mold has (1) a base, (2) a form disposed on the base, (3) a decorating mold surrounded by the form and mounted on the base, and (4) a plurality of lifters disposed on the base near the form. The method for manufacturing the pane with the pattern using the apparatus for manufacturing the panel with the pattern comprises the steps of casting and filling a curable base material in the mold, then curing the material, then lifting the periphery of the cured material by using the lifters, thereby separating the material from the decorating mold.
