Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method and a device wherein blood and an anticoagulant can be mixed without generating bubbling and easily. CONSTITUTION: This device comprises a blood bag 4 and a mixing tube 34 and the blood bag 4 has a bendable plastic constituting part, a top part 22 and a bottom part 24 and on the top part 22, the first opening 26 for sucking out air from the blood bag 4 and the second opening 28 for introducing blood are provided and the end part of base side of the mixing tube 34 is connected with the second opening 28 and the terminal end part 38 of the mixing tube 34 is opened and is extended into the inside of the blood bag 4 so as to introduce forcibly blood to the bottom part 24 of the blood bag 4. In addition, when a branch path hole 44 is provided in the neighborhood of the end part 36 of the base side, air is prevented from passing through blood. In addition, in a method of the present invention, after the blood bag 4 is expanded and an anticoagulant 18 is filled, air is sucked out from the blood bag 4 and blood is introduced through the mixing tube 34.
