Abstract:
To provide a cheap and effective embodiment for separating a plurality of very small solid particles present in thermally after-treated process waste gases.
The apparatus of this invention is configured so that a plurality of the process waste gases which have been thermally after-treated in a plurality of combustion chambers are conveyed via a cooler through an agglomeration stage and a plurality of the solid particles present in the after-treated process waste gases are able to be separated off in a scrubbing stage.
