Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new in vitro solubility testing method.
SOLUTION: The apparatus for executing a solubility test comprises two or more serially connected chambers, a supply part of one or more media which can be passed continuously into the chambers, a means (c) by which an outflow solution from the chambers is analyzed regarding a substance of interest in the test, and a means (d) by which the temperature of the media in the chambers is adjusted.
