Abstract:
To provide an apparatus and a method capable of acquiring optical spectrum in a high dynamic range using one photodetector.SOLUTION: A spectroscopy measuring apparatus 1 comprises an optical system 10, a photodetector 20 and an analysis part 30. The photodetector 20 includes a light reception surface on which a plurality of pixels are respectively arrayed on a plurality of rows. The photodetector 20 receives spectral image by the plurality of pixels arrayed on one or the plurality of rows on a first area of the light reception surface over first exposure time, and outputs first spectral data of a measured beam. The photodetector 20 receives spectral image by the plurality of pixels arrayed on one or the plurality of rows on a second area of the light reception surface over second exposure time, and outputs second spectral data of the measured beam. The second exposure time is longer than the first exposure time. An output cycle of the second spectral data is longer than an output cycle of the first spectral data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
