To provide an apparatus which can automate work for passing a lapping wire into a ferrule.
The apparatus comprises a first ring feeder 16 which rotates about an almost horizontal rotation axis, a second ring feeder 17 which is arranged in parallel with the first ring feeder and rotates about the rotation axis tilted with respect to the almost horizontal rotation axis by a required angle, a means for successively supplying the required number of the ferrules 18 from one-side ends of the first and second ring feeders 16, 17, and a wire supplying apparatus 23 for passing the lapping wire 32 into the ferrules 18 which are carried toward the other side ends of the first and second ring feeders 16, 17 and are tightly arranged without gaps between each other.
