Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a fiber web having an excellent weave using a compressed gas, a method for producing the same and a nonwoven fabric having the excellent weave.
SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the fiber web is equipped with a nozzle, a means for introducing a compressed gas, a collision member, and enclosure member having a cross-sectional shape continuously changing from a circular shape to a rectangular shape, and a collecting member. The cross-sectional area of the enclosure member is preferably not changed so much. The method for producing the fiber web comprises using the apparatus for producing the fiber web. The nonwoven fabric is obtained by using the fiber web produced by the method for producing the fiber web.
