Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a fiber web in which the fiber web having an excellent weave can efficiently be produced, a method for producing the same and a nonwoven fabric having the excellent weave.
SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the fiber web is equipped with nozzles for jetting fibers, means for introducing a compressed gas into the nozzles, collision members located at the front of jetting ports of the nozzles for colliding with the fibers jetted from the nozzles and dispersing the fibers, a plurality of fiber dispersing units enclosing the collision members and leading the fibers dispersed by collision with the collision members, and a collecting member for collecting the fibers led with the enclosure members of the plurality of fiber dispersing units. The method for producing the fiber web comprises using the apparatus for producing the same. The nonwoven fabric is prepared by binding the fiber web obtained by the method for producing the same.
