To produce a covered food from a rod-like food including two or more solids covered and contained therein, wherein the solids are horizontally arranged in the rod-like food, apart from each other and a space is not left around the solids and a food material covering the solids.

An apparatus for producing a food including covered solids is provided which is equipped with: an encrusting machine having a multiannular nozzle 13; and a solid feeder 57 which simultaneously feeds the plurality of solids to the encrusting machine. The multiannular nozzle 13 is equipped with: tubular members having passages through which the multiple solids separately descend respectively; and a nozzle member 45 surrounding the tubular members.
