To provide an apparatus for producing frozen dessert by which a mixed ratio of raw materials for frozen dessert to the air can relatively readily be adjusted and a mixing ratio of the air to these raw materials for frozen dessert can be increased.
This apparatus for producing the frozen dessert is equipped with a containers (22 and 74) for storing raw materials for frozen dessert, raw material pumps (24 and 73) for sucking the raw materials for frozen dessert stored in these containers, a cooling cylinder (1) for feeding raw materials for frozen dessert from the container by the raw material pump, air pumps (53 and 76) for introducing the air to the cooling cylinder and agitators (2 and 3) for agitating the raw materials for frozen dessert in the cooling cylinder (1).
