Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for producing frozen dessert, capable of simply discharging residual mix and cleaning solution in a mix tank.
In this frozen dessert-producing apparatus equipped with a mix tank 6 for storing a mix which become a raw material, a cooling cylinder 11 installed in the mix tank 6 and a stirrer provided adjacent to the cooling cylinder 11 and stirring the mix in the mix tank 6 and used for producing semi-frozen beverage by stirring the mix by the stirrer while cooling, a pouring part 8 for pouring frozen beverage produced in the mix tank 6 and a inclination means for inclining the mix tank 6 so as to lower the side of the pouring part 8 from a horizontal state.
