To provide an apparatus for producing a frozen sweet capable of effectively eliminating freezing of condensed dew water between mix tanks without causing an enlargement of dimensions of the apparatus.
This apparatus 1 for producing a frozen sweet is equipped with plural mix tanks 6 installed side by side so as to store a mix to be a raw material, a cooling cylinder arranged in each of the mix tanks 6 and having an evaporator for a cooling device and a stirrer installed adjacently to the cooling cylinder and used for stirring the mix in the mix tanks 6 and is capable of stirring the mix with the stirrer while cooling the mix with each evaporator of the cooling cylinder and thereby producing a semifrozen frozen beverage. The apparatus is further provided with a blower for a condenser in order to air-cool the condenser of the cooling device. Thereby, the flow of a wind produced by the blower for the condenser is formed between the respective mix tanks 6.
