A traveling device 2 which moves back and forth in arrow A, B directions is mounted at a curing tank 1 in which the org. raw materials are stored and fermented for a prescribed period. A forward moving side upper sprocket 3 and backward moving side upper sprocket 4, parted in the arrow A, B directions, are respectively pivotally supported at the traveling device 2 and a lower sprocket 5 existing near the bottom of the curing tank 1 is pivotally supported at the device. An endless chain 9 alternately mounted with blades 7, 8 at every equal pitch is turned around these sprockets 3 to 5, by which the chordal part 9a on the forward moving side and chordal part 9b on the backward moving side of the endless chain 9 are tensed to a V shape.
