To provide a production apparatus which produces a resin sheet in which unevenness is formed in one surface with high degree of shape accuracy.
The production apparatus 1 includes an extrusion die 10, a heating roll 11b, a cooling roll 13 the temperature of which is lower than that of the heating roll 11b, a shaping belt 14 wound onto the heating roll 11b and the cooling roll 13, a pressing roll 11a, a peeling roll 15, and an infrared irradiation mechanism 19. Unevenness in a shape corresponding to the unevenness formed in the surface of the resin sheet 17 is formed in the outside surface of the shaping belt 14. An infrared absorption layer which absorbs infrared rays from the infrared irradiation mechanism 19 is formed on the outside surface of the shaping belt 14.
