To provide a production apparatus which produces a resin sheet in which unevenness is formed in one surface in high shape accuracy.
The production apparatus 1 includes an extrusion die 10, a heating roll 11b, a cooling roll 13 whose temperature is lower than that of the heating roll 11b, a shaping belt 14 wound onto the heating roll 11b and the cooling roll 13, a pressing roll 11a, a peeling roll 15, and a peeling mechanism 24. The peeling roll 15 is contacted with the entire surface opposite to the shaping belt 14 of the resin sheet 17 in the width direction of the resin sheet 17. The resin sheet 17 taken out from the clearance between the cooling roll 13 and the peeling roll 15 is peeled off from the shaping belt 14 by the peeling mechanism. The feed speed of the resin sheet 17 by the peeling roll 15 is equal to the feed speed of the shaping belt 14 by the cooling roll 13.
