This apparatus for removing the sheet fragments in the press part is characterized by installing a shielding plate and a capturing tool near the upstream side of the roll nips when the sheet fragments caused during the cutting of the sheet in the press part are removed. The capturing tool is characterized in that a plurality of parts of one or more kinds selected from wires, rodlike units and netlike strip plates are fixed in supports at both ends in the width direction from the width direction of the rolls.
