Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent damaging on a casting from happening by making time receiving impact force to the casting incorporated in a casting receiving part as shorter as possible at the time of executing sand striping on the casting with vibration.
CONSTITUTION: By rotating unbalanced weights W, oscilating force is transmitted to incorporating plates 11a, 11b and the casting M incorporated in the casting receiving part T gets periodical impact force and the sand S stuck to the casting is dropped to the upper part of an inclining plate L. When the sand passes through a guide sand detecting instrument 102 composed of a light emitting element 100 and a light receiving element 101, the light from the light emitting element 100 is blocked off and in this condition it is decided that the sand is now dropped from the casting M getting the vibrating force. When the sand S becomes not to pass, this is detected with the light receiving element 101, and in this condition, it is decided that the sand is sufficiently dropped from the casting M incorporated in the casting receiving part T, and a shutter is released and the casting is guided to a vibrating conveyor in the following process.
