To provide a sheet sticking apparatus and a sticking method which enable an adhesive sheet to be surely stuck to a sticking target in a desired standing attitude.

The adhesive sheet S having a standing portion S2 raised by a raising means 3 as a material roll R is unrolled by a delivering means, and also having a stand-keeping portion S4, protruded by a protruding assisting means 7, stuck to a target surface AS of the sticking target W, whereby the stand-keeping portion S4 after sticking can be surely brought into contact with an intersecting surface W1 of the sticking target W. Thus, the standing portion S2 standing in a predetermined angle can be kept standing.
