To provide a sheet sticking apparatus and a sticking method which enable an adhesive sheet having a standing portion raised to be surely stuck to a sticking target.

A second strip RL2 opposite to the standing portion S2 is separated from a first strip RL1 via a cut RL3, and the standing portion S2 released from the second strip RL2 is guided to a raising means 3 and raised, whereby the standing portion S2 can be surely raised. The adhesive sheet S having the standing portion S2 raised and in addition having an adhesive portion S1 kept temporarily stuck to the first strip RL1 is delivered to a pressing means 5, whereby the adhesive sheet S can be prevented from shifting in position or coming off when it is pressed against and stuck to a sticking target W. Thus a process of sticking can be done rapidly while preventing a failure in sticking.
