To provide a new kind of an apparatus for supplying a medium for forming a fluid, especially a conditioning processing solution or a rubber coating solution or a medium for forming a printing area part discriminated layer to a surface to be coated, especially to a rewritable and erasable printing plate which is positioned to a surface to be coated, especially to a plate cylinder of a printer.
For an apparatus for supplying a conditioning processing solution or a rubber coating solution or a medium for forming a printing area part discriminated layer to a rewritable and erasable printing plate which is positioned to a surface to be coated, especially positioned to the plate cylinder 11 of the printer, a coating roller 13 is provided. The coating roller 13 rolls on the surface to be coated in one side and when it rolls on the surface to be coated in the other side, a fluid is supplied to the surface to be coated by moving relatively to the surface to be coated along a rotational axis of the coating roller 13.
