Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain an application agent for treating, peelable without falling off only a support and causing a residual drug-containing layer even in application for a long period by laminating the drug-containing layer having tackiness at ordinary temperature to the side of a cellular substance of the support formed by laminating a cellular substances to a substrate.

CONSTITUTION: A drug-containing layer is laminated to the side of a cellular substance of a support formed by laminating the cellular substance to a substrate. Polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, etc., are used as the above- mentioned substrate and the thickness thereof is preferably 5-100μm. For example, paper, woven fabric or nonwoven fabric, is preferred as the cellular substance. The afore-mentioned drug-containing layer contains a tacky agent (e.g. acrylic tacky agent) having tackiness at ordinary temperature and a percutaneous absorbable drug (e.g. nifedipine, prednisolone or acetaminophen) as essential ingredients.
