Abstract:
To provide an aqueous adhesive for a ball excellent in adhesive strength.SOLUTION: An aqueous adhesive for a ball contains a rubber latex as a main component. A content of an inorganic filler of the aqueous adhesive is 0.1 mass% or less in terms of solid content. A manufacturing method of the aqueous adhesive includes: a step of preparing a dispersion medium; a step of putting an additive into the dispersion medium and then adjusting a pH to 8.0 to 12.0 to obtain slurry; and a step of adding the slurry to the rubber latex and mixing thereof. The ball 2 has a hollow core 4 obtained by cross-linking a rubber composition including a vulcanizer. The core 4 includes two hemispherical half cores. The two half cores are bonded using the aqueous adhesive for a ball.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
