Abstract:
To provide an aqueous coating agent for steel, having excellent coat adhesiveness, corrosion resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and solvent resistance without using chromium and suitable for the coating of coated zinc-plated steel, non-coated zinc-plated steel, coated aluminum-plated steel or non-coated aluminum-plated steel and provide a method for coating steel with the agent and a coated steel.
The aqueous coating agent for steel is produced by compounding 0.01-5mass% guanidine compound, 0.1-5mass% silane coupling agent, 1-30mass% phenolic resin or epoxy resin and 1-10mass% phosphoric acid compound.
