PURPOSE: The titled inexpensive composition having high safety, providing a film having quickly drying properties, blocking preventing effect, and water resistance, comprising a petroleum resin, (processed) fats and oils, and synthetic resin.
CONSTITUTION: An aqueous solution of an emulsifying agent is added to a solution of (A) 5W95wt% petroleum resin (preferably a softening point of 100W130°C) and (B) 95W5wt% (processed) fats and oils and/or synthetic resin in a solvent or a solution of the component A in the component B with stirring, or the resin solution is added to the aqueous solution of an emulsifying agent with stirring, or a mixture or powder mixture of the component A and component B is added with stirring to the aqueous solution of an emulsifying agent containing a solvent in the case of necessity so that an o/w type emulsion is formed, to give the desired composition.
