PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous ink exhibiting excellent adhesiveness to a vinyl chloride resin.SOLUTION: The aqueous ink contains a vinyl chloride polymer latex composition, a colorant and water. The vinyl chloride polymer latex composition contains 100 pts. wt. of a core-shell particle, 1.0-5.0 pts. wt. of an organic compound having sulfonate or sulfate, 0.05-2.5 pts. wt. of higher aliphatic acid salt and 10 pts. wt. or less of an emulsifier. The core-shell particle has 0.30 μm or smaller average particle size and comprises a core of a vinyl chloride polymer having 0.12 μm or smaller average particle size and 400-2,000 average polymerization degree and a shell of a polymer having at least one repeating unit selected from: acrylate (1) the alkyl group of which is replaced optionally by an ether group or an epoxy group; vinyl ester (2); vinyl glycidyl ether (3); and (meth)acrylic acid (4).
