Abstract:
To provide an aqueous resin composition which can give a coating film (cured film) excellent in durability and appearance at a low temperature and is excellent in storage stability.SOLUTION: The aqueous resin composition of the present invention contains (A) an acrylic resin having a weight average molecular weight of 100,000-800,000 and a hydroxyl value of 40-130 mg KOH/g, (B) an alkyl-etherified melamine resin having a solubility parameter δ (SP value) of 5.0-8.0, (C) an anionic surfactant, (D) an organic solvent, and (E) water. The acrylic resin (A) and the alkyl-etherified melamine resin (B) are dispersed in water.SELECTED DRAWING: None
