Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide aq. washing device for metallic parts.which does not produce waste water and facilitates treatment of a waste liquid by using a detergent of an oil-water sepn. type.
CONSTITUTION: This aq. washing device consists of a washing stage 1 consisting of water dissolved with the detergent of the oil-water sepn. type, rinsing stage 2 consisting of the same water, a steam rinsing stage 3 for alternately applying a pure water shower and steam to the products to be washed and a drying stage 4. The waste water of the washing stage 1 and the rinsing stage 2 is circulated by recovering stages 5, 6 and is sent to a condensing stage 7. A heated rinsing liquid is used as a heat source at the time of condensing in this condensing stage 7 and is heated and condensed by a heat exchanger.
