Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a setting bed member having waterproofness, moisture permeability and slide proofing characteristics by making slide proofing treatment to at least one side of a setting bed member sheet having a watertight sealing coating film.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet base material is treated as a material of thermoplastic resin, and watertight sealing resin 2 around the shafts of nails is provided on the surface of a sheet 1 having higher than 200mmH2O of waterproofing efficiency, Gurley gas permeability 0.01-10000 second/100ml and greater than tensile strength 5kg/5cm width. In addition, slide proofing powder 3 are applied to at least one side of the sheet 1. According to the above constitution, a lightweight setting bed member enhances its waterproofing efficiency and watertight sealing efficiency and the work efficiency can be enhanced without damaging the setting bed member.
