Abstract:
To provide an aroma component carrier which effectively suppresses powder omission even when it carries an aroma component being solid at normal temperature in an amount sufficient to be effective.
The aroma component carrier is prepared by causing a carrier material to carry an aroma component being solid at normal temperature and a surfactant with an HLB of 8-20. Preferably, the surfactant is a nonionic surfactant and is carried in a weight of 1/1,000-1/2 of that of the aroma component. Preferably, the carrier material is composed of a porous material.
