Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a tungsten halogen lamp which is inexpensive and is easily manufactured and whose activity service life is not shortened and by which color shade is not caused and which has a high color temperature.
CONSTITUTION: In a tungsten halogen lamp, high silica glass having a film to absorb a wave length range 400nm to 800nm containing a red color component among the light emitted from a filament, is adopted as a light emitting tube. Or in a tungsten halogen lamp using a transparent quartz tube, high silica glass having a film to absorb a wave length 400nm to 800nm containing a red color component among the light emitted from a filament, is installed as an outer bulb or front glass.
