An elastic protective film is formed in the flexible part 8, and a sheet material with at least the flexible part 8 side as a sliding surface is installed on a shaft body 6 projected in the mechanical part 3, and is formed as an abrasion preventive means. Thus, the abrasion rupture by contact rubbing of the flexible part is restrained so that durability is improved.
