A metallic installing shaft 35 is pressed in a bearing part 2a of the oil damper 2 installed in a lower chassis 1, and is pressed in an installing hole 28a formed in a building part 28b thicker than the periphery of a resin suspension chassis 29. An outer peripheral edge part 28ba of the building part 28b and a corner part 35ba of an intermediate taper part 35b of the installing shaft 35 in close vicinity to this outer peripheral edge part are chamfered so that even if a relatively thin resin base board 28 is used, installing strength of a part for pressing in the installing shaft 35 is secured, and since a part having the possibility of contacting with the oil damper 2 is chamfered, the device is further thinned without damaging the oil damper 2 even at contact time.
