Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance array optical system which enables acquisition of accurate range information without requiring a complex mechanism, and an image capturing optical device and digital equipment comprising the same.SOLUTION: An array lens system LA comprises: a plurality of imaging lens systems LI which are juxtaposed such that the optical axes thereof are in parallel to each other to form a plurality of optical images IM; and a plurality of light deflection elements DF which are disposed at positions corresponding to the plurality of imaging lens systems LI for deflecting light beams in one direction. Two types of light deflection elements DF, in terms of light deflection angle, are provided on the image side of the imaging lens systems LI.
