PURPOSE: To obtain a skin-cleansing article by charging a cleanser composition containing a specific saccharic nonionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant such as a higher fatty acid salt in a foam-extruding container having a porous membrane.
CONSTITUTION: The skin-cleansing article is produced by charging a cleanser composition containing a saccharic nonionic surfactant (especially preferably an alkyl saccharide surfactant, a sugar amide surfactant or a sucrose fatty acid ester surfactant) and an anionic surfactant (especially preferably a higher fatty acid salt) in a foam-extruding container having a porous membrane. The cleanser composition preferably comprises 1-30wt.% of the saccharic nonionic surfactant and 1-50wt.% of the anionic surfactant. The composition may be mixed further with a polyol and more further with ethanol. The viscosity of the cleanser composition is preferably 1-100cps (25°C). The skin cleanser is high in use touch, high in cleansing force against oily stains, and suitable for removing makers-up such as tip sticks, eye make-up and water-resistant foundations.
