To facilitate discharge of caps by increasing an inclination of a hopper 2 in accordance with decrease of the stored caps.

A cap conveyor 4 is arranged by slightly inclining it from its erected state. The rear side of a hopper 2 is made to vertically oscillate by connecting a front end of the hopper 2 to deliver the caps to this cap conveyor 4 to the side of the cap conveyor 4 by a hinge 20. Both side walls 18a of the hopper 2 are connected to supporting rods 22 to be extended and contracted by a gas spring 24. The larger the number of the caps in the hopper 2 is, the smaller the inclination becomes as the rear side is lowered by the weight of the caps, and the discharge of the caps is facilitated by increasing the inclination of the hopper 2 by raising the rear part side of the hopper 2 as the gas spring 24 extends the supporting rods 22 as the number of the caps decreases.
