Abstract:
SOLUTION: A filling device 3 is arranged in a clean room 2 and a clean booth 5 which covers the same from a top and of which a lower end part 5A opened is arranged. In the clean room 2, a seal wall 11 enclosing the filling device 3 and the clean booth 5 to be sealed state is arranged and an inner side of the seal wall 11 is a decontamination target region Z1. In an outer side of the seal wall 11, a decontamination gas supply means 13 for supplying decontamination gas to the decontamination target region Z1 is arranged. By supplying the decontamination gas G from the decontamination gas supply means 13 to the decontamination target region Z1 in a step before production by the filling device 3, insides of the filling device 3 and the clean booth 5 can be locally decontaminated.EFFECT: Inside of a clean booth 5 and a filling device 3 can be decontaminated and sterilized without stopping air conditioning installation for a clean room 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
