A sensor to detect the stop position of an article on the conveyor unit 37 is provided, and the conveyor unit 37 is made to descend relatively in regard to the rotary rollers 42, 43, and the article is transmounted to the rotary roller 42, 43 sides, and the article is rotated by means of the rotary rollers 42, 43.
