PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily and exactly update the article data of each terminal while reducing the load of a host machine.
SOLUTION: This data processing system is formed so as to prepare respective update article files 28KF for respective terminals 10 storing article master data and to distribute the update article data stored in these update article files to the terminals 10 when these article master data stored in article master files 28MF are updated by a host machine 20, and formed so as to update the article data stored in article files 14F according to the update article data when the update article data are distributed from the host machine 20 to the respective terminals 10.
