PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of cooling and the like without inviting the enlargement of size of a fan or the increase of number of provided parts.
CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical inside bulkhead 32 is provided rotatably in a treating housing 20. A large size outside bulkhead 33 is provided at the outside of the inside bulkhead 32 while a treating space 36 is formed between the inside bulkhead 32 and the outside bulkhead 33. The treating space 36 receives an endless conveyor 34 for transferring food stuff while the guide member of the endless conveyor 34 is also provided in the treating space 36. Further, the treating space 36 is provided with an air treating means 40, supplying cooling air to the food stuff. On the other hand, an outside vertical pipeline 56 is provided along the outside bulkhead 33 while the outside vertical pipeline 56 is provided with nozzles N2 toward the direction of the guide member. In addition, the outside vertical pipeline 56 is connected to both of a washing water supplying means for supplying washing water and an air supplying means, taking a part of cooling air out of the treating space 36 and supplying it, so as to be switchable.
